We do not offer s refund or returns as we send you quality products drawn from our live, producing cultures which we keep in good condition.
As Kefir is susceptible to contamination from cheese, yoghurt and any other bacteria in your kitchen or refrigerator, we cannot accept any responsibility for the culture once it has left our premises.
Shipping is offered as a service to our customers but we do this on our customer’s behalf. we accept no responsibility for the courier service deliveries, damage or non-delivery.
Customers are welcome to use their own courier service and to make their own arrangements for collection and delivery.
